Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and Configure Genetec application for Video
  • Troubleshoot and
    Configure Honeywell EBI application for Access Control System and its integration
    with Traka – Locker Management software.
  • Follow ITIL process such as incident management, Change management & problem management
  • Handling the L2 issues and troubleshooting as required
  • Support application and database upgrades
  • Support server migrations
  • Test, program and troubleshoot access control and digital video systems.
  • Handling customers and technicians on respective systems.
  • Performs configuration reviews to ensure proper functionality
  • Work on the POCs for integrating the solutions
  • Follow the agile methodology
  • Flexible to work in shifts and weekends as per the requirement

Required Skills:

  • End - End Awareness about ITIL process including windows migration, incident management, Change management & problem management
  • Extensive knowledge of physical security systems, upgrade and migration.
  • Awareness about Digital IP Cameras, Security Devices.
  • Working Experience on Windows Server Administration
  • Concepts of Enterprise System architecture is a plus.
  • Experience in SQL Administration
  • Physical Security Domain Skills – good to have
  • Good overview about Networking concepts
  • Concepts of DevOps
  • Knowledge on SQL
  • Understanding in networking concepts
  • Knowledge IP Cameras, Security Devices, and troubleshooting
  • Knowledge on access control systems and hardware devices
  • Hands on exp in Windows Server Administration
  • Experience in supporting the applications & databases upgrades
  • Work experience in shifts – Round the Clock as per the requirement
  • Work experience in providing weekend support – for planned activities
