We're looking for a detail-focused, practically minded person who takes pride in producing error-free cutting lists and clear, easy-to-follow installer documentation — and who gets genuine satisfaction from improving systems and processes.

You'll interpret site measures, scopes of work, and drawings; identify discrepancies; and prepare accurate cutting lists and material orders that make installation seamless.

But this role goes further — you'll help lead how we document, digitise, and improve procedures, and assist with rolling out new software for measuring, purchasing, and production.

You'll thrive in this role if you:

• Have proven success in a desk-based technical or planning role (not your first move off the tools)

• Enjoy accuracy, structure, and practical problem-solving

• Are skilled in Excel and computer-based documentation

• Understand drawings, measurements, and mechanical fitment

• Communicate clearly and work well with a small, close-knit team

• Are curious about better systems and capable of helping others adapt

• Can occasionally travel to visit sites to understand installations and to help train installers in new digital tools
