Role Details

Reporting to the Senior Administrator, you will be responsible for providing high quality, timely and efficient      administration support to various departments on site at Agnew as required.

This role is offered on an 8 days on 6 days off FIFO roster from Perth.

About the role:

• Be organised and prepared to undertake all assigned tasks required for the day;
• Hand overs and technical support to be shown to the team;
• Provide support to optimise the team's capacity to meet business requirements by managing the department roster, leave, flight and accommodation requirements;
• Demonstration of excellent data entry and attention to detail on reports, system updates and schedules;
• Document and record keeping for the department.

About you:

• Certificate II level qualification in Business Administration - desirable
• Experience in a mine-based office administrative role
• Display experience in all Microsoft Office applications
• Experience in using SAP (ERP) and INX software systems would be highly regarded
• Valid manual driver's licence
• Team focused and adaptable to rotation throughout multiple departments
