We're seeking a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who is highly organised and thrives on building strong relationships.
Your key responsibilities will include
Complete all general administration duties including but not limited to;
- Invoicing, warranty claims and reconciliations
- All on-site administrative duties for the business
- Management of our customer and contractor management systems
- Assist in the preparation of a variety of reports for management
- Provide assistance with the completion and distribution of rosters and timesheets
- Onsite Health and Safety administration
Do you possess the following qualities?
- Retail industry experience in automotive or related industry and or a high level of business administration experience
- Team orientated approach with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, organised with strong interpersonal skills
- Strong computer skills with demonstrated experience using the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook
- Attention to detail with a professional presentation
