The
Role
As an Enterprise Architect, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape by aligning IT strategy with business objectives. You'll provide leadership, direction and guidance across the Group to ensure scalable, secure, and forward-thinking solutions that drive innovation and long-term value.
This position can be based in our Melbourne or Perth office.
- Develop and implement enterprise-wide architecture frameworks that support strategic business goals
- Define and maintain architecture principles, standards, and roadmaps to guide IT investment and design decisions
- Partner with the PMO and senior leadership to prioritise and assess the technology portfolio across the Group
- Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the Group
- Educate and influence executive leadership on IT strategy and enterprise architecture value
- Coach and mentor team members to elevate strategic IT capabilities across the organisation
- Drive innovation by investigating new and emerging technologies aligned to the Group's business needs
- Uplift the LeanIX implementation to enhance architecture management and align the architecture to business goals
About You
You're a strategic thinker and skilled communicator with deep experience in enterprise architecture and a passion for driving meaningful technology transformation in complex environments.
- Demonstrated IT experience in architecture design and deployment, system lifecycle management and infrastructure planning operations
- Relevant experience in Enterprise Architecture roles, with exposure to diverse technologies and environments
- Tertiary qualifications in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) and experience delivering related artefacts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Proven ability to work through ambiguity, solve problems and identify root causes
- Adaptable, collaborative, and confident working across cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of business process re-engineering, financial models, and strategic planning
