SIL Construction are seeking skilled carpenters and gyprockers to join our busy team.

This is not an entry-level role — you must have proven on-site experience and the ability to deliver quality workmanship on time, every time.

We are an efficient, professional crew known for completing projects to a high standard, and we expect the same from every team member.

• Qualified tradespeople with at least 2 years' experience
• Confident working across multiple projects at once
• Strong work ethic and high-quality workmanship
• Can work unsupervised, take initiative, and communicate clearly
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn

• 3+ years' experience as a qualified carpenter (or relevant trade experience)
• White Card (Construction Industry)
• Driver's licence and reliable transport to job sites
• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing site requirements

• Hours generally between 6am–5pm (may vary by project)
• Competitive hourly rate based on skill level
• ABN contract role (you invoice us for your hours) – not a permanent employee position
• Initial phone interview, followed by an on-site meeting with the Owner to assess skills and suitability
