Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Katoomba, NSW, for a Foreman at Compass Developments. The Foreman will be responsible for overseeing daily construction activities, supervising crew members, ensuring compliance with safety protocols, and coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers. Responsibilities also include hands-on carpentry work, maintenance of heavy equipment, and effective communication with the project team and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Supervisory skills with experience in managing construction crews
• Proficient in operating and maintaining heavy equipment
