About the Role

We're seeking a passionate and experienced Massage Therapist to join our growing multidisciplinary team at All for One Studios in Melbourne. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is driven to make a genuine impact through hands-on, evidence-based care. You'll work alongside physiotherapists, women's health specialists, and Pilates instructors in a purpose-built, wellness-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver remedial, sports, and pregnancy massage to a diverse and engaged client base
  • Collaborate with our allied health team to provide integrated treatment plans
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in line with best practices
  • Provide continuity of care to clients through exceptional service and relationship-building

About You

We're looking for someone who brings both skill and heart to their practice.

You'll need:

  • A Diploma of Remedial Massage or higher
  • Membership with a professional association (e.g. Massage & Myotherapy Australia, ANTA)
  • Current First Aid and CPR certifications
  • Professional indemnity and public liability insurance
  • Experience in a clinical or health-focused setting
  • A warm, client-focused approach to care
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively

Additional Details

  • This is a full-time position.
  • The successful candidate will be required to work across weekdays and occasional evenings or Saturdays based on client demand.
  • The role is available to Australian citizens, permanent residents, or suitably qualified overseas candidates.
  • Visa sponsorship is available for the right applicant under the Skills in Demand (subclass 482) visa stream. Labour Market Testing (LMT) is being conducted in accordance with Department of Home Affairs requirements.
