We're on the lookout for a reliable Casual Landscaper Gardener to join our team to contribute to the creation and maintenance of stunning outdoor environments. At Genesis Gardens, we value a positive work culture and seek individuals who share our vision for excellence in garden design and maintenance.

The Job

Collaborate with the team to design and implement innovative landscaping plans. 

Undertake horticultural and landscaping tasks, including planting, trimming, lawn maintenance, topiary, and the responsible management of outdoor spaces. 

Participate in ongoing training to enhance your skills and stay updated on industry trends. 

Contribute to the positive team environment and uphold the company's work culture. 

Operate landscaping equipment safely, responsibly and effectively.

You'll Need

An interest in garden design, horticulture and outdoor area maintenance.

  The right person will possess the drive and motivation to become proficient in the field of gardening and landscaping to advance into higher-paid positions within the company.

  Physically fit and happy to work outdoors in all conditions.

  Punctual and professionally presented.

  A strong work ethic and respect for team members, leadership and clients. 

Current driver's licence (essential).

Preferred but not required:

Experience working in garden maintenance, landscaping or labouring in a trade. 

Currently studying or has completed a recognised course in Horticulture, Landscaping or Parks and Gardens. 

Knowledge of Permaculture.

Salary:

$30 per hour starting position. With room to move to higher-paid positions.

Job Type:
