  • Monitor project performance metrics and ensure resources align with schedule and budget constraints.
  • Maintain data alignment between CMS and EVMS on a monthly basis.
  • Prepare monthly reports on schedule progress, staffing needs, and scope adjustments.
  • Develop project status reports and attend progress meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Integrate partner, subcontractor, and customer schedules.
  • Assist in implementing EVMS to meet Department of Defence requirements.
  • Produce resource forecast plans and support capacity planning and quantitative risk analysis.

About You

  • Previous experience in ASDEFCON environments
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools such as Open Plan Professional (OPP), Primavera, or Microsoft Project.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, multi-tasked environment and meet deadlines independently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in a relevant discipline.

Desirable:

  • Accreditation or training in project management.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting tools; exposure to ERP systems (e.g. SAP)

What's in it for you?

  • Work-life balance with a 9-Day Fortnight, giving you every second Friday off.
  • Inclusive and supportive culture that values collaboration and diversity.
  • Access to comprehensive wellbeing support, including our Employee Assistance Program for you and your immediate family.
  • Professional growth opportunities within a dynamic and innovative defence organisation.
  • Be part of a purpose-driven team contributing to Australia's sovereign defence capability.
