With growth comes opportunity — and we're looking for motivated Labourers and Skilled Painters to join our team.

Responsibilities

Labourers:

  • Assist painters and renderers with day-to-day site duties.
  • Carry out site preparation including sanding, masking, and ensuring cleanliness is maintained at all times.
  • Pick up and deliver paint from site storages, and collect tools/materials from company storage as required.
  • Support supervisors with general construction tasks such as patching compounds, concrete repair work, and surface preparation.
  • Work efficiently by understanding the task before starting and following instructions carefully.
  • Maintain respectful communication and teamwork with all colleagues and external parties on site.

Skilled Painters:

  • Deliver high-quality finishes on commercial projects — including brushing, rolling, and spray work.
  • Carry out surface prep, patching, and repair work to achieve premium standards.
  • Apply coatings with precision, ensuring consistency across large-scale projects.
  • Follow site processes and QA systems to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Work collaboratively with the team, showing initiative and commitment to deadlines.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience in construction; painting or finishing trade experience highly regarded.
  • Skilled painters: trade-qualified or significant proven industry experience.
  • Labourers: previous site experience preferred but not essential if reliable and eager to learn.
  • Construction White Card (mandatory).
  • Ability to follow directions, plan ahead, and work efficiently.
  • Strong teamwork, communication, and respect for colleagues and clients on site.
