We're looking for an enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our team in Toowoomba and help drive continued growth and outstanding customer service.
About the role
Reporting directly to the General Manager, this is a hands-on, full-time, on-site position based at our Toowoomba facility.
The role will suit someone who enjoys both customer interaction and the technical side of coatings, with responsibility for:
- Preparing accurate and timely quotes and pricing for powder coating, blasting, and wet spray work
- Managing incoming sales enquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins
- Following up on quotes and converting leads to confirmed work
- Maintaining strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Working closely with production and operations teams to ensure customer expectations are met
- Identifying new opportunities and contributing to ongoing business development initiatives
This role is primarily internal sales focused but includes proactive follow-ups and relationship building with key customers and new prospects.

Love maths and problem-solving? We're after someone who enjoys the challenge of turning measurements into precise costings. You'll calculate surface areas, apply rates, and help prepare quotes/pricing that keep everything accurate and on track.
We're looking for someone with:
- Previous experience in sales or customer service (ideally within manufacturing, coatings, or related industries)
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail and ability to interpret job specifications
- A proactive, organised approach with solid time management
- Basic computer literacy (MYOB, Excel, or CRM experience advantageous)
- A genuine interest in the coatings, fabrication, or industrial sectors
