- Manage day-to-day warehouse operations alongside the team
- Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing deliveries
- Monitor stock levels and help maintain inventory accuracy
- Lead by example and support junior team members

- Proven warehouse or logistics experience
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Current forklift licence (LF class or equivalent)

- Ability to lift up to 25kg and work in a physically demanding environment
- Full working rights in Australia (Australian citizen, permanent resident, or valid work visa)
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing systems
