Treasured Stars is a children's speech therapy service, based in Bankstown, Sydney, Our clinic is committed to delivering a service that is family centred, and evidence based. We deliver assessment and therapy to children in clinic, schools, preschools, home or online.
We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Pathologist to join our team, where you will work closely with families to help children build confidence, develop communication skills and reach their full potential.
This will be a Full time, Permanent opportunity based in our Bankstown clinic with the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive speech pathology services, including screening, assessment, intervention, and review, of children's communication.
- Apply evidence-based practice to ensure services are informed by current research, professional standards, and best-practice guidelines.
- Deliver high-quality therapy services across a variety of settings, including clinics, schools, preschools, homes, and telehealth while collaborating with families, carers and educators to achieve client centred outcomes.
- Regularly monitor and review therapy progress, adjusting goals and intervention strategies to respond to changing client needs while maintaining accurate and timely documentation in line with policies, procedures and professional standards.
- Engage in supervision, professional development, and quality improvement initiatives to support ongoing professional growth.
- Contribute to a positive, child-centred team culture, supporting a collaborative and respectful work environment.
About You
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology (or equivalent) and eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia with a minimum of 2 years working experience in a paediatric speech pathology.
- Current Working with Children Check, National Police Clearance, and valid driver's licence.
- Demonstrated knowledge, skills and clinical experience in Speech Pathology practice with a particular focus on the assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based management of communication disorders in children.
- Demonstrated high level written and verbal communication combined with effective organisation and time management skills
- Demonstrated commitment to professional development, evidence-based practice and continuous improvement to analyse problems while applying strategies to develop solutions
- Demonstrated ability to work as a member of a multidisciplinary team.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $95,000.00 per year
