Key Responsibilities
· Channel Development: Leverage local networks and resources to establish and expand B2B sales channels in Australia.
· Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies based on the company's business goals in the Australian market.
· Business Growth: Drive and achieve sales growth, increasing customer base.
· Client Relationship Management: Identify and engage potential clients in Australia, build long-term partnerships with local businesses and institutions.
· Market Analysis: Continuously analyze market trends and competitive dynamics in Australia, adjust strategies accordingly.
· Performance Reporting: Regularly report sales performance and market feedback to the company, propose optimization suggestions.
Requirements
· Familiarity with the Australian market and industry landscape, with strong local connections.
· Strong business development and negotiation skills.
· Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written); Chinese proficiency is a plus.
· Ability to work independently and with a results-oriented mindset.
· Previous experience in channel sales or B2B business development is preferred.
· Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply.
