About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Barista to join our team at Double shot express0' in Swansea and Belmont NSW 2281. As a casual Barista, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and preparing high-quality coffee and beverages to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Preparing a range of coffee and espresso-based drinks to the highest standards
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
  • Restocking and maintaining coffee and bar supplies
  • Adhering to all health and safety regulations
  • Assisting with other duties as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work well in a team
  • Knowledge of coffee preparation, equipment, and drink recipes
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards
  • Flexible and adaptable to work in a fast-paced environment
  • A positive and friendly attitude
