We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Form 1 Specialist to join our dynamic conveyancing and legal practice. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on accuracy, efficiency, and client service in a fast-paced professional environment.

About the Role:

As our dedicated Form 1 Specialist, you will be responsible for the preparation, review, and delivery of Form 1 Vendor Disclosure Statements in compliance with legislative requirements. Your role will be critical in ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance in every matter, supporting our conveyancing team and delivering excellent service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and review Form 1 documents with precision and attention to detail
  • Liaise with clients, agents, councils, and other stakeholders to obtain required information
  • Ensure compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements
  • Work collaboratively with the conveyancing and legal team to ensure smooth settlements
  • Maintain accurate records and manage multiple matters within strict timeframes

About You:

  • Strong knowledge of Form 1 preparation and South Australian property legislation
  • Previous experience in a conveyancing or legal practice is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with conveyancing software and Microsoft Office
