Position Summary:

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Mechanic to join our professional team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in vehicle diagnostics and repairs across a range of makes and models, along with excellent communication skills for interacting with our client base.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform accurate diagnostics on a variety of vehicles using modern diagnostic equipment.
• Carry out mechanical repairs and maintenance to a high standard.
• Provide clear, professional advice and updates to customers regarding their vehicles.
• Work efficiently to meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to workplace health and safety standards.

Requirements:

• Trade qualification as a Motor Mechanic/Automotive Technician
• Demonstrated experience in vehicle diagnostics and mechanical repairs and servicing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Current driver's licence.

Desirable:

• Experience with a broad range of vehicle brands and models.
• Additional certifications (e.g. Roadworthy Inspector) are an advantage.
