Campervan and Motorhome Salesperson

Beaches RVs, a leading Motorhome dealership in Belmont, NSW, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, a passion for the RV/leisure industry and a desire to help customers find the perfect recreational vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Stay knowledgeable about current RV models and industry trends
• Attend training and sales meetings as required
• Following up on enquires via phone, email and SMS
• Proactively search for new business opportunities
• Guiding customers through the entire sales process

Attributes required:

• Proven sales experience
• Fundamental knowledge of the sales process
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Passion for travel
• Valid driver's licence
• Ability to use technology with a solid understanding of CRM systems
• Proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office
• Previous Automotive Sales experience is highly regarded.

Business Hours are 9 am - 5 pm Monday - Friday & 10 am - 4 pm Saturday (Days are rostered)
