THE ROLE:

Role Location: Maryborough, Queensland

Reporting to the Production Manager, this is an exciting opportunity to join our growing team. This role will start on a day shift (5am start) or afternoon shift (1 pm start) and may progress into a permanent role. You will be providing machine operation duties for a well-established business.

• The ability to complete work orders within pre-determined time allocations.

• The ability to proactively diagnose and repair equipment faults/inefficiencies to root cause.

• The ability to work unsupervised whilst maintaining a strong attention to detail.

ABOUT YOU:

• The ability to competently perform factory labouring and machine operation duties.

• Previous history working in a factory environment.

• Previous history working with hydraulic and pneumatic powered plants.

• Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution.

• Ability to work well within a team environment

• Must be acclimatised to heavy work.

• Forklift license advantageous but not essential.

• Fabrication, welding, fitting and machining qualifications advantageous but not essential.
