About the role

As a Sales Assistant at Beyond Retro, you will play a key role in driving exceptional customer experiences and delivering operational excellence within our vibrant retail store in Morley,  Coventry Village. We are looking for someone for a fortnight roster with 32 hours one week and 36 the next week. This part-time position will see you working closely with the Store Manager ensuring flawless execution of store activities and contributing to the overall success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  • Support the Store Manager and working closely in driving sales
  • Ensure excellent customer service by modelling best practices and monitoring team performance
  • Assist with inventory control and loss prevention
  • Actively champion Beyond Retro's brand, values and customer-centric culture

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years' experience in a retail sales
  • Excellent customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in cash handling, inventory management and other retail operations
  • Enthusiasm for gaming and collectibles and Beyond Retro's brand

We are offering a part time position with working days week 1 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday and week 2 Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday (penalty rates for weekend work).
