Synergie is seeking MultipleHigh Reach Forklift Operators for our client, who is Australia's largest supplier of non-paint consumables and tools to the automotive industry and merchandising sector, located in Altona North, VIC.

  • $34 - $35 per hour + Super + Penalties
  • Ongoing Opportunities
  • Monday to Friday | starts between 8AM – 4PM

As a High Reach Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in safely operating high reach forklifts and supporting warehouse operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Operating a high reach forklift to pick and put away stock at various heights
  • Loading and unloading trucks and replenishing stock into racking
  • Managing pallet movements, stock rotations, and ensuring accurate inventory placement
  • Assisting with pick/pack duties when required to support warehouse workflow
  • Conducting pre-start checks and ensuring equipment is used safely and correctly
  • Working in a fast-paced environment and meeting daily productivity targets
  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation within the warehouse

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Hold a valid LF Forklift Licence
  • Have proven experience operating a high reach forklift in a warehouse/distribution environment
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
  • Be able to work effectively within a team and under time pressures
  • Have good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions
