We are hiring a Manager at Gurume Japanese Restaurant

We are looking for someone who can manage the team while also helping with sushi roll making and front-of-house service when needed.

Previous experience in a similar role would be highly valued.

Our restaurant has been operating for 4 years and has built a great reputation in the local community. We want to keep focusing on excellent service, so we are looking for a manager who can help us maintain high standards and lead the team effectively.

Work Details:

  • Weekday shifts start at 11:00 AM and finish around 8:00 PM (may finish a bit earlier or later depending on how busy it is)

  • Weekend shifts start at 11:30 AM

  • 1.5-hour break during the shift

  • RSA is required

Pay & Salary:

  • Hourly rate: $34 on weekdays, $39 on weekends

  • Alternatively, annual salary range: $70,000 – $73,000 (depending on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $34.00 – $39.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 38 per week

Work Authorisation:

  • Australia (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
