What You'll Do

As a
Vistage Chair
, you'll leverage your leadership experience to guide high-performing CEOs and business owners of SME's through local confidential peer groups and one-on-one mentoring.

• Facilitate monthly peer advisory group meetings
  that help members achieve breakthrough insights and performance.
• Mentor and coach 1:1
  some of ANZ's leading SME CEOs & Business Owners
• Build and manage your own Chair practice
  with the support of Vistage's proven model, including selecting and onboarding prospective members
• Create Meaningful Impact
  by helping high-integrity leaders grow their businesses and strengthen their local communities—while building your own legacy.
