Realcorp Commercial Cleaning delivers premium cleaning services to residential buildings, offices and commercial facilities throughout Melbourne and regional Victoria. We're a people-focused business that values professionalism, reliability and outstanding client care.

We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Cleaner to support one of our key sites in Ballarat (Wendouree). This is a casual role currently offering ~18 hours per week, with the potential for extra call-in work. Evening shifts X 5 nights per week 6:30pm – 10pm (3.5 hours) are currently available.

What you'll be doing

  • General commercial cleaning including vacuuming, mopping, sanitising bathrooms, wiping surfaces and removing waste
  • Ensuring all work is presented to a consistently high standard
  • Using cleaning products and equipment safely and correctly
  • Managing your time efficiently to complete tasks within the allocated shift
  • Reporting any maintenance or equipment issues promptly
  • Representing Realcorp with a friendly, professional, customer-focused attitude
