We are seeking a Service Performance Partner with strong financial, operational, and analytical skills to ensure every client journey is transparent, compliant, and sustainable.

About the Role

As a Service Performance Partner, you will take ownership of the financial and operational performance of our Support at Home () and DVA programs. You'll work closely with our Clinical Leaders, Concierge, Scheduling, and Finance teams to ensure client budgets are clear, accurate, and aligned with care goals.

You'll analyse data to guide decisions, oversee budget utilisation, manage assistive technology (AT) and home modification spending, and maintain audit-ready documentation that supports compliant and value-driven service delivery.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage and monitor client budgets to ensure alignment with care goals and funding requirements


• Analyse performance data to identify trends and create action plans for improvement


• Partner with regional teams to achieve financial and quality targets


• Oversee Assistive Technology (AT) and Home Modifications spending, ensuring cost-effectiveness and proper documentation


• Support audit preparation and ensure records are complete and compliant


• Deliver training and coaching to team members on budgeting, pricing, and reporting processes


• Collaborate with Finance and Clinical teams to maintain up-to-date pricing files and budget registers

What You'll Bring


• At least 5 years of experience in financial operations, budgeting, analytics, or service performance within aged care, disability services, or health care


• Experience with Support at Home, DVA, or similar funding models


• Strong analytical and reconciliation skills with attention to data accuracy


• Experience with care management or reporting systems such as Sandwai


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• Ability to explain budget concepts and funding rules in simple, client-friendly language


• Qualification in Business, Finance, or Health Administration (or equivalent experience)


• A current Police Check
