What You Will Be Doing
Sales

  • Solicit and promote sales of Personal Financing (PF) products.
  • Achieve individual sales targets and contribute towards the achievement of Group targets.
  • Prepare and proactively execute sales plans for prospective customers using internal marketing and self-generated leads.
  • Set appointments, conduct sales visits where necessary, and engage early with new-to-bank customers.
  • Cross-sell other retail banking products such as ASB, PF-i, credit cards, and more.

Customer Service

  • Ensure a high standard of customer experience in line with the quality and standards set by the Bank.

Compliance

  • Ensure strict adherence to the Bank's policies and procedures.
  • Protect and uphold the image and brand of the Bank at all times.

Operations

  • Ensure that the physical sales centre or sales hub is well maintained in accordance with the Bank's quality and standards.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree or Diploma holder.
  • Highly motivated, success-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Comfortable engaging with people, passionate about sales, and accountable for delivering results.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrates initiative, perseverance, and enthusiasm in achieving results in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of finance and banking products.
