Reservations Manager
who's as sharp with strategy as they are with a headset. Based in Brisbane with hybrid flexibility, you'll be the engine behind our direct bookings strategy and guest-first communications.

What you'll be doing (besides being awesome):


Hands-on reservations
work while leading and managing the reservations team.


Overseeing channel management & extranets


Implementing strategy
to build direct business


Collaborating with the revenue team
to implement strategies and review data that drives smart decisions.


Working with the sales team
to streamline enquiries and convert them into bookings — fast and friendly.

You'll thrive here if you:

Have experience in reservations management.

Know your way around channel managers and OTA platforms.

Love systems, structure, and a bit of creative chaos.
