Description & Requirements

As part of our ongoing growth in the Heavy Lift Team, we are inviting expressions of interest from experienced Crane Supervisors for FIFO or regional residential opportunities. In this role, you will lead crane crews across shutdown and fixed plant operations, promote a strong safety culture, and oversee the planning and execution of lifting operations. You will work closely with clients and project teams to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality outcomes on every project.

What you will bring:

  • Supervision experience within Heavy Lift/Heavy Haul scopes, ideally in a construction project environment.
  • Lead and coordinate crane crews across shutdown and fixed plant operations, ensuring all lifting activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in line with project requirements.
  • Drive a proactive safety culture through strong leadership, adherence to company policies, and continuous improvement in safety standards and performance.
  • Oversee the planning, allocation, and supervision of resources, ensuring the effective execution of all lifting operations within schedule and budget constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes, maintaining open communication and a strong focus on operational excellence.
  • Experience in delivering safe and reliable service solutions while focusing on client relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proof of right to work in Australia.
