We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced tax professional to join the team at our Dulwich office as Individual Income Tax Return Division Head.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Engage with clients to discuss income tax-related matters and provide immediate guidance
  • Prepare and finalise individual income tax returns during client meetings, where possible
  • Distribute work amongst team members
  • Prepare any individual tax returns that cannot be delegated
  • Review and ensure the quality and accuracy of all finalised work
  • Follow up on outstanding queries and resolve them efficiently
  • Manage and prioritise incoming workflow to meet deadlines
  • Maintain records of all returns and monitor ongoing jobs
  • Collaborate with Directors on job deadlines and progress updates

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Comprehensive knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Excellent organisational and time management abilities
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions
  • A track record of implementing process improvements
