The Role

You will help lead a team that services:

  • A 250-seat café
  • A 200-seat à la carte restaurant
  • A 700-seat casual dining precinct
  • A thriving Functions & Events space

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Helping to design flavourful menus that balance creativity, consistency, and customer favourites.
  • Managing budgets, food costs, P&L, and labour costs with precision.
  • Inventory and supplier management
  • Operational Kitchen Management
  • Esuring that food is presented consistently, maintaining taste and quality
  • Driving food safety, hygiene, and HACCP compliance.
  • Keeping ahead of food trends and evolving customer expectations.
  • Building supplier relationships and securing the best produce.
  • Motivating, coaching, and supporting your team to reach their full potential.

About You

You're a proven culinary leader with:

  • At least 5 years' experience as Head or Executive Chef in a large-scale, multi-outlet environment.
  • A flair for creativity and an eye for detail.
  • Strong knowledge of nutrition, menu planning, and cost control.
  • Outstanding leadership and communication skills – able to inspire, train, and connect with people at every level.
  • A genuine passion for delivering exceptional food and unforgettable experiences.
