We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team at a reputable Aged Care facility in Wagga Wagga. This is a permanent position, ideal for a nurse who is committed to providing exceptional care to elderly residents in a supportive, community-focused environment.

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred nursing care to residents.
• Administer medications and monitor their effects.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and review care plans.
• Supervise and support care staff to ensure best practice in resident care.
• Monitor and report changes in residents' health and well-being.
• Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and facility policies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation.
• Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

• Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse.
• Previous experience in residential aged care (highly regarded).
• Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and clinical best practices.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Valid police check (or willingness to obtain).
• Evidence of full COVID-19 and influenza vaccination (as per industry regulations).
