About the role

Hair Colosseum is seeking experienced Senior Hairstylists and Junior Hairstylists to join our talented team in Erina, NSW. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional hair styling services to our valued clientele.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing high-quality haircuts, styling, colouring, and other hair treatments to clients
  • Offering personalised consultations to understand client needs and preferences
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and well-stocked work area
  • Adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation protocols
  • Collaborating with the broader team to ensure seamless client experiences
  • Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions to continuously develop your skills

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Senior Hairstylist or 1st/2nd/3rd Junior Hairstylist in a salon environment
  • A passion for the industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong technical skills in cutting, styling, colouring, and other hair treatments
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A creative flair and the ability to stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends
  • Certified qualifications in hairdressing or a related field
