About The Role
Are you a tax professional with a passion for tax governance, compliance, and working with high-profile clients? A&M has been experiencing exceptional growth, and we're seeking a Manager to join our team.
This is a unique opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of complex engagements, with approximately half of your time focused on governance and the remainder on compliance and advisory work. You'll support large, top tier multinational and ASX-listed clients on a range of complex engagements, including –
- Tax Risk and Governance Advisory
- ATO Reviews
- Complex Compliance engagements
- Tax Accounting & Corporate tax compliance
- Compliance transformation in collaboration with our Innovation & Technology team
You'll be part of a high-performing, collaborative team, partnering closely with senior leaders and industry experts.
What You Bring To The Team
You could already be at a Manager rank, or currently at an experienced Senior Consultant (or equivalent) level and ready to step up into a Manager level position.
You'll bring with you the following -
- A proven background in Tax, either from the Big 4 or a highly regarded mid-tier organisation.
- A CA/ CPA qualification, or equivalent in Law. If you're near to completing this then this will also be considered.
- Experience in Governance, Compliance or Tax Transparency, with a keen interest in continuing with this path.
- A proactive and team-oriented mindset, with positive communication skills and values.
