As part of our commitment to excellence in automotive care, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Automotive Electrician to join our dedicated service team on a full-time basis.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair faults in automotive electrical systems, including lighting, ignition, and charging systems on trailers, machinery, and light vehicles.

• Install and maintain electrical components such as wiring harnesses, trailer brake systems, and auxiliary lighting.

• Perform precision welding and fabrication to restore damaged machinery and support structural repairs.

• Conduct diagnostic tests using specialised tools to identify faults in electronic control systems and ensure effective repair.

• Ensure all electrical and repair work is completed in line with manufacturer specifications, safety standards, and operational requirements.

• Contribute to ongoing improvements in workshop processes and equipment reliability.

Position Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in automotive electrical systems or a closely related field.

• Relevant trade qualifications in Electromechanics, Automotive Electrical, or a related trade.

• Strong practical knowledge in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining electrical systems in vehicles and heavy machinery.

• Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and using diagnostic equipment.

• Commitment to adhering to workplace health and safety standards and procedures.
