The Opportunity

We are seeking a
Qualified Audiologist
to join our Bathurst team from
January 2026
. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive, collaborative environment with strong clinical autonomy, a varied caseload, and the ability to genuinely make a difference in the lives of clients.

What You'll Do

  • Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments for adults (HSP, private, DVA, WC and NDIS clients)
  • Fit and program hearing aids using best-practice protocols
  • Provide follow-up care, counselling and rehabilitation
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation in CounselEar
  • Collaborate with CSOs and management to deliver exceptional client outcomes

About You

  • Tertiary qualifications in Audiology (Masters or equivalent)
  • Full membership or eligibility for
    AudA
    or
    ASA
  • Experience with HSP, private and rehabilitation clients
  • Strong communication and client care skills
  • Passionate about improving quality of life through hearing health
