We are currently seeking an experienced Administration Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about aged care, thrives in a team environment, and is ready to make a meaningful contribution from day one.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Front desk and reception duties
  • Resident admissions and documentation
  • Payroll and rostering support
  • Maintaining accurate staff and resident records
  • Liaising with residents, families, and healthcare providers
  • General administrative support to the management team
About You:
  • Previous experience in an administration role, preferably in aged care or healthcare
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software systems
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
  • Strong attention to detail and time management skills
  • A friendly, team-oriented attitude

Qualifications & experience

  • Experience with aged care administration duties is desirable.
  • Certificate III in office administration is desirable.
