We're looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer (Salesforce Platform) to help us build the next generation of our platform. You'll join a fast-moving technology team that's passionate about innovation, impact, and solving meaningful challenges.

What You'll Do
- Build secure, scalable features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SLDS
- Refactor and uplift legacy code while reducing technical debt
- Translate product goals and user needs into innovative technical solutions
- Own delivery across architecture, development, testing, CI/CD, and release
- Design and oversee Salesforce API architecture for scalability and security
- Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews and collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Admins, QA, Designers, and Product Managers
- Contribute to platform innovation through smart automation and agentic AI
- Balance speed, security, and quality in every decision within a regulated (financial services) environment
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years' experience developing across the Salesforce platform (front-end & back-end)
- Strong skills in Apex, LWC, SLDS, Visualforce (Aura migration a plus)
- Proficiency with SFDX, Git-based version control, and CI/CD pipelines
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, bulk processing, and secure design
- Experience designing secure APIs, integrations, and scalable architecture
- Familiarity with building solutions in a regulated industry (Financial Services preferred)
- Strong grasp of component-based front-end development (responsive, accessible, mobile-ready)
- Ability to mentor junior developers and raise engineering standards
- Collaborative mindset with experience working in Agile, sprint-based teams
Bonus Skills:
Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce or Salesforce Shield
- Strong Salesforce Flow expertise
- Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
