We are looking for a experienced barista to join our team. At Vector Coffee we pride ourselves on the quality of our coffee, food and customer service. Located in Southport CBD, we have a fast-paced, friendly environment with an emphasis on consistent quality and presentation.

The Role:

We are looking for someone who has experience as a barista in specialty coffee. The role is on a casual basis, 4-5 days a week, approximately 25-30 hours per week. Weekend availability is also preferred but not a must.

Key Selection Criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Passionate about coffee and delivering an excellent experience to customers
  • Ability to work well in a team
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Skills in dialling in coffee, latte art and knowledge of coffee brewing
