About the role

101 Physio is looking for an experienced or newly graduated Physiotherapist to join our team in Sunbury and Melton. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a progressive and innovative healthcare organisation, providing a wide range of physiotherapy services to our clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Assessing, diagnosing and treating patients with a variety of musculoskeletal, neurological and cardiopulmonary conditions
  • Developing and implementing individualised treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function and overall wellbeing
  • Providing hands-on physiotherapy techniques such as manual therapy, exercise prescription and the application of modalities
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated and holistic approach to patient care
  • Maintaining detailed patient records and contributing to the continuous improvement of clinical practices
  • Participating in professional development activities to stay up-to-date with the latest physiotherapy techniques and research

What we're looking for

  • Degree in Physiotherapy and eligibility for registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • Strong clinical skills and the ability to provide evidence-based, patient-centred care
  • Experience with manual therapy techniques, exercise prescription, and musculoskeletal assessment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with patients, families and the multidisciplinary team
  • A demonstrated commitment to professional development and continuous learning
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the organisation
  • For experienced roles: Minimum 2+ years clinical physiotherapy experience preferred

    For new graduates: Recent graduation (within 12 months) from accredited physiotherapy program
  • Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or valid work visa
