About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the smooth operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
• Prepare and process payroll
• Maintain accurate financial records and assist with month-end reporting
• Support the finance team with budgeting and forecasting
• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies

About You

• Proven experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, MYOB, or similar)
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong work ethic, excellent communicator, and a great team player
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
