Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with clients to understand their vision and preferences for new construction projects.

  • Guide clients through the selection of inclusions, providing expert advice on materials, finishes, and design options.

  • Draft transparent and detailed budget estimates based on client requirements.

  • Cultivate strong client relationships through effective communication and personalized service.

Requirements:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes and materials.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with clients and project stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the construction or real estate industry or similar.
