We are looking for a kitchen porter to join us over the summer period at Bar Heather in Byron Bay NSW for an immediate start in October.

Bar Heather is a small and professional kitchen team headed up by chef Ollie Wong-Hee. The role focuses primarily on cleaning dishes but with plenty of opportunity to learn and create alongside a multicultural kitchen team.

We are a professional working environment where we take care and pride in what we create in the restaurant. We are looking for someone who is hardworking but most importantly kind and respectful. If you share similar values, we would love for you to be a part of our small family.

We are in search of someone who will can commit to approximately 20 hours per week, every week, until the end of January. If this is not you please do not apply. This includes the Christmas and NYE period (does not include Public Holidays). Only those with an existing working visa can apply (sponsorships not considered).

You will also receive weekly tips spread equally across the entire restaurant team.
