Add value here, by developing and building relationships and offering a wide range of WHS and Recruitment advice and support to our member businesses, including delivery of Safety Compliance Training and HR Support.

You will assist in educating and supporting the member produce/agri sector businesses on WHS Compliance and assist in providing safety solutions. You will also manage recruitment for key roles in these businesses i.e. forklift drivers, truck drivers, order pickers. In addition, you will assist in the delivery of safety compliance training, IR/HR advice and support of other services provided by the team.

You are a confident communicator with good people skills and strong writing/reporting skills. Excellent organisational and administration skills, ability to work as part of a team, a hands-on style, and can-do attitude.

Requirements

·      Relevant qualifications and experience, particularly in WHS and Recruitment, additional skills in training delivery and generalist IR/HR, an advantage

· years in a busy generalist role, with a focus on safety, ideally in manufacturing, logistics or agri/food sector

·      Ability to communicate and actively engage with stakeholders in a busy industrial environment

·      Demonstrated skills in advising and supporting business, blue collar sector is ideal

·      Good computer and reporting skills
