Macquarie Manufacturing is a successful company operating in the Mining Manufacturing industry with three Offices on the East Coast of Australia.  Our mining sector product lines range from mass produced support equipment through to the design, manufacture, commissioning & support of fully integrated mining systems.  We are leading-edge suppliers of underground monorail systems throughout Australia & abroad, with our innovative systems in high demand.

This is a full-time roleat our Unanderra facility.

EXPERIENCED BOILERMAKERS AND WELDERS

We currently have permanent full-time (38 hour week plus overtime) roles at our Unanderra Workshop.

You will be responsible for general fabrication, maintenance and repair to mining equipment.

We require:

  • Trade qualified Boilermaker or qualified Welder.
  • Fabrication experience in a manufacturing/maintenance environment
  • Competent, enthusiastic and experienced in medium/heavy fabrication
  • The ability to interpret mechanical / engineering drawings
  • A strong attention to detail
  • An ability to work unsupervised
  • Desire to work in a team environment
  • Availability for overtime and weekend work if required
  • Strong WH&S understanding and compliance
