BML Ventures is seeking to appoint a highly capable Mining Engineer to help run the engineering and survey aspects of our open pit operations.

Your specific duties will include:

  • Manage the Survey and Engineering aspects of multiple open pits
  • Acting as the Alternate Quarry Manager when required with scope to develop into a Mine Manager role.
  • Ensure that mining operations are undertaken in a safe and efficient fashion.
  • Manage all aspect of day to day open pit operation, including supervision of survey and liaison with maintenance personnel.

You will be an experienced Mining Engineer in possession of a restricted or unrestricted Quarry Managers Certificate.  Similarly, you will have a minimum of 3 years post graduate experience, including a demonstrated track record of success in a Senior Engineering role within an open pit operation, preferably gold.
