Overview

A great opportunity is available for a Registered Nurse to join our dedicated Community and Allied Health team in providing direct person-centred nursing care and individual case management to patients in the outpatient setting.

About You

• You will be registered or eligible for registration as a Nurse or Nurse/Midwife by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, and be eligible to hold a current practicing certificate.
• Demonstrating sound knowledge and an understanding of the role of the Registered Nurse/Midwife within a health care setting, you will bring the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
• You will be creative, innovative and flexible when approaching issues within a health care setting, displaying a commitment to providing consumer and family-centred care.
• Strong communication skills including problem solving, conflict resolution and negotiation skills
