The role

This is a hands-on content role where you'll be creating, posting and engaging every day. You'll be the one turning venue moments into TikToks, building stories that feel authentic on Instagram, and experimenting with new formats to keep the brand ahead of the curve. Working directly with the founders, you'll have space to run with your ideas, but also the responsibility to make sure the output is sharp, consistent and aligned with the ethos Johnny Vince and Sam hold close to their heart.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and manage a content calendar that keeps the feed fresh and relevant
  • Create high-quality photo, video and written content optimised for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and beyond
  • Stay across trends and platform updates, bringing smart ideas into play quickly
  • Manage community engagement — conversations, comments, and keeping the audience connected
  • Build relationships with influencers and creators who fit the brand
  • Track performance and use insights to keep levelling up content

  • A genuine passion for social media, with a finger on the pulse of what's trending
  • Experience in/passion for creating content for consumer, lifestyle or hospitality brands (formal or freelance)
  • The maturity to work independently, balance priorities and deliver consistently
  • Curiosity, energy and a willingness to experiment and learn
