We are looking for a Grader Operator to join our team in Western Sydney.

What You Must Bring:

• Reliability, motivation, excellent work ethics and a positive attitude
• Minimum 3 years experience on Civil Sites (Subdivision experience desirable)
• Civil experience in earthworks, road construction, GPS and final trim
• Able to work alone or as a team and follow instructions
• Be willing, fit and capable of manual labour when needed
• Able to work to deadlines and be productive
• Well presented & great communications skills
• Safety conscious attitude to work
• Experience working in the civil industry
• Skilled operator with a working idea of mechanics
• High awareness with regard to people, services and property on site
• MR/HR Truck licence (desirable)
• Certificate of competency for your machine (desirable)
• First Aid Certificate (desirable)
• Available to start ASAP with references
• White card and Australian drivers licence
