Warranty Administrator

About the Role

Big Rock Toyota are seeking a detail-oriented and organised Warranty Administrator to join our service team. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately preparing, submitting, and tracking all warranty claims, ensuring compliance with manufacturer guidelines and dealership procedures.

Process and submit warranty claims in line with manufacturer requirementsAudit repair orders to ensure accuracy and completenessLiaise with service advisors and technicians for correct documentationMonitor claim status and follow up on outstanding approvalsMaintain detailed records of claims, rejections, and adjustments

Skills & Experience

Previous experience in warranty administration or dealership service administrationStrong attention to detail and accuracy in data entryKnowledge of automotive service processes and manufacturer systems (desirable)Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and organisational skillsCurrent driver's licence
